Menifee Lakes is like to the surrounding area like Palm Springs is to the desert. Menifee Lakes is right off the freeway and combines lakefront, golf course and gated community living. Its relatively new compared to Sun City and Menifee proper. Close to shops, minutes away from the mall, a quick jaunt to Lake Elsinore for water skiing, Pechanga Resort for entertainment and Temecula's famous wine country; its also a great place to relax and raise a family.

The Homes here started to be built in the late 80's and early 90's but new developments are going on as we speak as they extend out and finish what the community here have had planned for it to be over 15 years ago.
